Sweet Pecan Dijon Baked Brie
A sweet and slightly tangy spread oozing with pecans and brown sugar and perfect for slathering over fresh, crusty baguette.
1 and 1/4
(smooth or grainy)
(mine was 300 g)
Gather the ingredients.
Mix pecans, brown sugar and dijon mustard together in a small bowl.
Slice wheel of brie in half so you have two equally thick circles (as if you were slicing a cake to put icing between the layers)
Place one half of the brie into an oven proof baking dish, top with half of the pecan mixture. Then, place the other half of the brie on top, and spread the rest of the pecan mixture over it.
Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.
Serve while still hot (but be careful!) with fresh baguette rounds or crackers.
